Today - feeling the love

Saturday, May 10, 2008

Today was a rough mom day - my kids were temporarily demon possessed. True story. Okay, maybe not - sure felt like it though.

But I had some great moments...

I met the lovely Christine today - a MacMaster student who has been msging with me on Facebook for awhile, and it was great to finally meet face to face! She loves photography and her joy in learning more about photography and people is wonderful to see. What a great person to spend an afternoon with! And Eden slept on the couch in the coffee shop while we gabbed, when she woke up she stumbled over to Christine in her groggy state and cuddled in to her. Eden had never even seen Christine before! So sweet.

Then this evening I went out with the girls of edison - Beth, Carolynn and Jen. We spent many, many hours at Jack Astor's laughing, gabbing, eating, gabbing, dreaming, gabbing... it was good for me. And before we left to go out Jen showed up on my doorstep with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers - SO amazing! Thanks girls for loving me and journeying with me!
